Welcome, it’s lovely to see you here!

For nearly 20 years, I have been guiding people on their path to making food a healthy and enjoyable experience.

Food is one of our basic human needs, but it means more than just providing the body with nutrients. We associate food with social relationships and it is an expression of our lifestyle. Food is tied to our emotions. It can indulge us, comfort us or reduce stress and tension, which is why many people eat even when they are not hungry.

This complex set of circumstances is a frequent source of questions or conflict, particularly when illness or weight problems require a dietary change.

Changing the way that you eat without the proper information and without considering the bigger picture can quickly become a strenuous undertaking. Almost everyone has experienced a ‘lack of willpower’. Because of this, in my work I apply various recognised techniques from counselling and coaching in order to be able to work on an issue causally and thus effectively.

I would be delighted to accompany you on your personal path to better well-being and vitality.

Cordially yours,
